The Bartender’s Handshake is a phrase used to define a way in which bartenders often greet one another upon arrival to each other’s bars, or as a thank you on the way out the door – with a shot. And over the last decade, that “handshake” has increasingly become synonymous with one particular bottle… Fernet-Branca. Today’s guest is the embodiment of hospitality, so it’s fitting that she works for Branca USA. You’ll want to grab a bottle of Fernet-Branca (the hyphen is important!) and a cocktail for this episode. We had a good time recording this one… just before the good times came to a close.
